developed Food Hygiene and HACCP Foundation level long
distance learning course in Chinese with Advanced Food
Safety Ltd. The course is designed to overcome Chinese
businesses' language barriers; save time and provide
alternative method of learning for long term benefits
of the learners. The course materials has been independently
assessed by the Royal Institute of Public Health and
awarded The Certificate of Quality and Merit.
60 page training packs are written in a user friendly
format in Chinese to tackle the language barriers that
the learners have.
With this supplement, the food handlers can understand
Safe Food Better Business better. It prepares candidates
for a Foundation Certificate in basic food hygiene or/and
HACCP Principles examinations.
Course
includes exercises and an assessment to test candidate's
knowledge. Learners can digest and practise what they
learn at their speed and over the time length they prefer.
Includes a training record to confirm all course chapters
have been completed.
We also provide telephone support in Chinese.
Examination
On completion of the course candidates can take All
Safe Foundation Certificate in basic food and hygiene
and HACCP Principles test which has been assessed by
the Royal Institute of Public Health.
